Avoid - the customer service was aweful and rude to me today.I believe the customer service lady does not fit for doing her job - not recommending. I ordered taxi to pick up 30min after landing time. My flight was landed at LHR at 19:38, 3min late (see screen shot). I even called Burnham car at 19:44 to tell them the flight was late and just landed. The driver picked us up and left the car park at 20:02, less than 30min from the landing time; however the parking fee is £12.40 for 45min. Burnham car insisted the landing time is 19:15 so I need to pay for the full paring fee PLUS the driver's wating time, and asked me to claim the parking fee back from the airflight company, which is completely unreasonable and ridiculous. The customer service lady on the phone was also very stubbon and did not listen to my words and perspective. She insisted what she saw on her system was 19:15 landing time, and even said very rudely "you are wrong". The driver was arrogant and seems to be the only one knows how to order a taxi. Really frustrated and disappointed service and experience
